A new hotel-casino currently taking root in Downtown Las Vegas, Circa Resort & Casino, is set to open its doors on the 298th of October, 2020. This was announced by the owner Derek Stevens on Wednesday. The property was expected to welcome its first guests in December; however, developers have decided to open its first five floors earlier than planned.
Circa Las Vegas feature manifold amenities within a 35-story tower. As mentioned, the first five floors are basically all resort facilities except for the hotel portion, which will open on October 28. The hotel tower, which will be featuring 777 rooms and suites beginning on the eighth floor, will then be launched some times in December.
Circa Resort & Casino – The Change of Opening Date
The change in the launching timeline was forced by the coronavirus pandemic and also social distancing requirements. Restrictions on the number of people allowed in man lifts limited the number of construction employees that were allowable to work on the upper floors of the hotel tower.
Contractors had to focus their efforts on the first five floors of the resort. “sometimes life throws you curveballs, and 2020 has been one of the unpredictable years for the entire world” -said Mr. Stevens
Circa Casino, Pool, Sportsbook, Parking Garage ready for Oct. 28 Launch. The October 28 opening includes all of the resort’s non-hotel facilities, counting its two-level casino and its sportsbook, which Mr. Stevens advertised as the biggest in the world, the pool area, the parking garage, and numerous dining outlets.
